Graham has over 30 years experience in the surveying industry, initially working in central and local government departments before moving to private practice in 1988 when he worked for Bernard Thorpe (now DTZ).  He then headed up the Landlord & Tenant department of GVA for 15 years before setting up and heading the lease advisory department at AtisReal (now BNP Paribas).  Graham then joined Kelsall Williams as a director in 2007 before setting up Howarth Hill in late 2011 where he advises both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial leases in respect of industrial, office and retail property.​

He established the Manchester Rent Review Club (Merry Club) in 1993 which is an informal gathering of surveyors from within the same discipline as Graham and provides a much needed social networking facility.  If you fit into the above category and are interested in attending one of our gatherings feel free to contact Graham.
